Anti-Rabies Vaccination: The center administers post-exposure prophylaxis to individuals bitten by potentially rabid animals, adhering to protocols to prevent the onset of rabies.
Consultation and Assessment: Medical professionals evaluate the severity of bites and determine the appropriate course of treatment, including wound care and vaccination schedules.

The City Veterinarian Office conducted a Rabies Forum in line with Rabies Awareness Month, the forum tackled about the status of Animal Rabies in the city, Updates of Regional Rabies, Updates on Animal Bite Cases, Rabies Prone Animal Bite Incident, Handling Rabies Menace through one health approach and ended with an open forum, the forum aims to inform, educate and spread awareness about animal bite - Rabies
