laboratory dedicated to providing essential diagnostic services to the community. Our
team of 21 licensed medical technologists ensures accurate and reliable testing. Located at the ground floor of the City Health Office building. We play a crucial role in disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
We offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic tests for medical certificates, facility care packages, mobile free clinics, MCP pre-natal laboratory services, and the E-Konsulta package. Our services include:

Quality Assurance Participation – We actively participate in the National External
Quality Assessment Scheme (NEQAS) and implement both internal and external quality
assurance programs across all laboratory sections to ensure the highest accuracy and
reliability of our test results.
PhilHealth Support – We provide free laboratory services to PhilHealth beneficiaries, ensuring accessible healthcare for more individuals in need.
Implementation of Advanced Diagnostic Technologies – Our laboratory has
integrated modern testing methods to improve disease detection and public health
services:
- GENExpert for Tuberculosis (TB) – A highly sensitive molecular test that
detects TB bacteria and identifies drug-resistant strains within hours. - RHIVDA (Rapid HIV Diagnostic Algorithm) – A more accurate and efficient HIV
confirmatory test, streamlining diagnosis and treatment linkage. - Drug Testing Laboratory – A fully compliant and accredited facility that provides
